Accomodation possibilities:
There are two possibilities.
1. Hotel or
2. Home Hire
The second option is very common to do during the 12H Bathurst. Because of the race people leave town and this gives the
team the perfect option to be maximum 10 minutes from the circuit and be with the whole team together.
Hotel Rydges Mount Panorama:
Modern Bathurst accommodation 3 hrs from Sydney, located trackside at Mount Panorama V8 raceway.
118 guestrooms with views of Conrod Straight and Caltex Chase, to capture all the excitement.
We made a reservation for 36 rooms.
Price: 220 AUD per room per night- Studio Style ((with 1 breakfast included) Minimum 4 night booking (Thr to Sun inclusive) with additional nights able to be booked by teams pre Thr at the same rate
We can only offer 4 rooms to each international entrant on a first in best dressed policy.

CSU Accommodation(100m to track):
1. 1st block –at $100 per room per night (all configured twin share with 2 x single beds) including continental breakfast
2. 2nd block –at $90 per room per night (all configured single with 1 x queen bed) including continental breakfast
Both blocks with a minimum 4 night booking (Thr to Sun inclusive) with additional nights able to be booked by teams pre Thr at the same rate
I can offer unlimited rooms/beds to each international entrant on a first in best dressed policy.

HOME HIRE en HOME HOST ACCOMODATION:
Bathurst Visitor Information Centre coordinates a home hire and home hosting program for periods when commercial accomodation is unavailable. Local home owners agree to either rent their entire home or take in guests on a bed&breakfast basis for a minimum of 3 nights.
Home hire accomodation includes:
- Full use of a private home and all its facilities for the length of your stay
- Bed linen, towels and household needs
- Continental breakfast provisions for each day
Home host accomodation includes
- Use of a bedroom in a private home
- Full cooked breakfast each day
- Bed linen and bath towels
How the program works:
- Applications will be forwarded to all interested parties in December 2011
- Completed forms should be returned to the Bathurst Visitor Information Centre either by fax, email or mail as soon as received, booking close on Friday 20 January 2012.
- All applications must be accompanied by a booking fee in the form of a cheque, money order or credit card, or they will not be processed.
This fee is non refundable but will not be processed until a suitable property is allocated to the booking.
- All necessary paperwork will be sent to the applicant. This must be read carefully and signed in the appropriate places, then returned to the Visitor Information Centre with full payment to secure the booking. Full payment will be required by Friday 27 January 2012.
- Once the home owner has agreed to the booking, final confirmation is sent to the applicant.
